Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings defined below wherever they appear in these Terms & Conditions:

To register an Account and use the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. imbajr enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in alignment with Indonesian social norms and prevailing standards for online gambling platforms serving the Indonesia market. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing offshore online gambling platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of imbajr or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other voluntary or involuntary gambling exclusion program applied by imbajr or recognized gambling regulatory bodies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.2 Registration Information. You agree to provide truthful and complete information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, valid email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Notify imbajr promptly of any material change via the support email.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. imbajr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional security measure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). imbajr is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Indonesian KTP (identity card) or passport; a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your registered address; and a selfie with the submitted ID document. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.5 Account Activity. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. imbajr reserves the right to levy an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month on dormant accounts. Players will receive advance email notification before any dormancy charges are applied. Accounts with zero balance that remain dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed at imbajr's discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. imbajr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to additional verification checks.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are generally credited to your Account within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. imbajr is not liable for delays caused by banking system failures, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or third-party payment processor outages.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have wagered at least the equivalent of one full deposit amount; (c) request withdrawal to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted; and (d) have no unresolved bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds in question.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within an average of 5 minutes. First-time withdrawals from newly verified accounts may take up to 2 hours due to additional security screening. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods or due to banking system restrictions outside imbajr's control.

4.6 Withdrawal Limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing. imbajr reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 100.000.000 per transaction.

4.7 No Withdrawal Fees. imbajr does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts of Rp 100.000 or above. A processing fee of Rp 5.000 applies to withdrawal amounts below Rp 100.000.

4.8 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. imbajr cooperates with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements and reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at its discretion.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on imbajr are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires a total wagering volume of Rp 3.000.000 before the associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots and crash games contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%; sports bets at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%. imbajr reserves the right to update game contribution rates at any time with reasonable notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any unexpired bonus funds not met within this window will be forfeited automatically without compensation.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. imbajr actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, imbajr reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the Account, and withhold any Balance.

5.6 Promotional Availability. Promotions may be available to all Players or restricted to specific Player segments based on account tier, deposit history, or geographic location. imbajr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have accepted a specific offer.

6.1 Finality of Bets. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player except where the Platform's own rules expressly permit cash-out or bet cancellation for a specific market.

6.2 Void Bets. imbajr reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without sufficient play; (c) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; or (d) the bet contravenes any rule set out in the specific sport or game guidelines. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Balance in full.

6.3 Sportsbook — Football. imbajr's sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1 and all major international leagues including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of 3 selections. Asian handicap (voor bola) markets follow standard AHC rules; half-ball and quarter-ball lines follow industry-standard split-handicap settlement.

6.4 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's popular numbers-prediction lottery) markets on imbajr use official draw results published by the relevant pool operator. imbajr is not responsible for delays in the publication of official results. Settlement occurs within 60 minutes of the official result being published. In the event of a draw postponement or cancellation, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

6.5 Live Casino. All live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. The rules of each table game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger) are governed by the studio's published rules, which are available within the game interface. imbajr is not responsible for technical interruptions in live streaming caused by the studio provider's infrastructure.

6.6 Responsible Use of Maximum Wins. Slot and crash game wins are subject to a maximum single-session win cap of Rp 500.000.000. Wins above this threshold require a manual review and may take up to 48 hours to be credited. This cap does not apply to progressive jackpot products, which have their own published win structures.

6.7 Prohibited Betting Strategies. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place or manage bets is strictly prohibited. imbajr monitors for unusual bet patterns and reserves the right to void winnings and close Accounts where such tools are identified.

The following provisions summarize the key commitments made by imbajr in this area.

7.1 Age Verification. imbajr enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source, less any winnings generated.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and the Player is prevented from depositing, betting, or accessing promotional materials. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

7.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts via the account settings dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.

7.4 Reality Checks. Players may enable session duration notifications that prompt a review of time and money spent at regular intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes).

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the imbajr brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of imbajr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software element of the Platform; use any imbajr trademark or brand asset without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

9.1 Platform Availability. imbajr makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability and targets a 99.2% uptime on an annual basis. However, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. imbajr does not warrant uninterrupted access to the Platform or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.

9.2 Financial Losses. Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform and that imbajr bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of using the Platform's services.

9.3 Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, imbajr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.4 Cap on Liability. Where imbajr is found liable under any theory, its total liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by imbajr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, imbajr collects personal data including identification details, contact information, transaction records, and device/browsing data for the purposes of providing services, processing payments, complying with KYC/AML obligations, improving platform performance, and delivering relevant promotional communications where consent has been granted.

imbajr does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game studio partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for service delivery.

11.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

11.2 Termination by imbajr. imbajr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) provision of false or misleading registration information; (c) evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited betting tools; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; (e) a self-exclusion request is received; (f) imbajr is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, imbajr reserves the right to withhold any Balance where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation. Where no such suspicion exists, any remaining Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days of account closure.

imbajr is operated by an entity incorporated and licensed under the laws of an offshore jurisdiction recognized for online gaming regulation. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between you and imbajr that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents imbajr from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

imbajr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, imbajr will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. imbajr recommends checking this page each time you visit the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current version.
